“I’m an undercover agent! I’m a special agent sent by the principal to monitor Lu Mingfei! We’re all one family! One family!”

“I can no longer stand the principal’s protection of Lu Mingfei! This is letting a wolf into the house! This is letting a tiger back into the mountains! I’m going to report him today!”

Abbas was stunned, slowly turning to look at Caesar. What kind of trick was this? What kind of posture was this? Was verbal intimidation or torture necessary? If he hadn’t been bound tightly by a straitjacket, he would have already knelt down and licked their shoes.

Caesar shook his head slightly, signaling Abbas to calm down. Finger had once been a member of the student union, and Caesar knew Finger better than Abbas did. He knew that this man was difficult to deal with and that one must not be fooled by his flattery or impassioned speeches.

Caesar cleared his throat and was about to ask a question… At this time, the vice-principal also opened his eyes.

“How could you do this?” the vice-principal roared. “How could you betray the principal? The principal is still lying in the lifeboat, his life or death uncertain! It’s a waste of the principal’s trust in you!”

“Betrayal? How can that be called betrayal? This is recognizing the situation and identifying the path forward! I’m abandoning the dark and joining the light!”

“Traitor! Traitor dog!”

“For the sake of humanity I can betray anyone!”

“Your mother’s spirit in heaven would be ashamed of you!”

“My mother is an atheist. She doesn’t even have a spirit in heaven!”

“Aren’t you afraid of giving birth to a son without an asshole?”

“I don’t want a son! My dream is to have a beautiful daughter who can compete in the Miss World pageant!”

Caesar and Abbas looked at each other again. From the time they entered the ice cellar until now, they, who should have had the final say, had not had the time to say a single word, but had already watched a family ethics drama.

These teacher and student really don’t play by the rules.

The principal’s office, under the skylight on the top floor.

The small building in the woods had been abandoned for some time, and the bookshelves were covered with a thin layer of dust. Squirrels ran in boldly, jumping up and down the stairs and bookshelves, until Caesar pushed open the door and they lined up and hurriedly ran away through the hole in the skylight.

All the furnishings are kept as they were when the owner was there, exuding a sense of British laziness and warmth. This is the atmosphere that Hilbert Jean-Anjou liked, as he spent his youth in Cambridge.

“Finally I feel a little better. You actually locked me up in the ice cellar. You are really a bunch of ruthless guys who don’t recognize any relatives when you are ruthless. Weren’t we good brothers who peed side by side before?” Finger threw himself into the sofa like a sandbag and stretched comfortably.

“I didn’t expect that you two were so close in private.” Abbas teased Caesar.

“I thought it was you,” Caesar replied.

“You are now sitting comfortably on the principal’s sofa, and there is no vice-principal to disturb you. Can you speak?” Caesar stared into Finger’s eyes.

“I want to find a place that makes me relax so that I can confess the secrets deep in my heart,” this was Finger’s request, so they came to the principal’s office, where they could avoid all surveillance. EVA’s surveillance was almost everywhere, but the principal’s office was obviously a dark place.

“I want a stronger cigar!” Finger also stared at Caesar with his eyes shining.

Caesar took out his cigar box with an expressionless face, lit a cigar for Finger and handed it to him.

“This is the Partagas commemorative edition produced in 2000. As expected of the heir of the Gattuso family, he smokes high-end products like this, which cannot be bought in Cuba.” Finger exhaled wisps of green smoke towards the roof.

Caesar had to admit that this guy did not waste his time in the Cuban branch. At least his appreciation of cigars had greatly improved.

Finger took a few puffs of his cigarette with satisfaction and began to untie his belt. Caesar and Abbas showed anger at the same time, and the veins at the corners of their eyes throbbed.

“Don’t look at me like that!” Finger muttered, “Who do you think I am?”

He took off his belt buckle and pushed it across the table toward Caesar. “This is a USB drive. Everything you want to know is in it.”

Caesar was playing with the belt buckle which looked of low quality. It would probably only sell for fifty yuan including the belt in a small commodity market in China, but it could actually push out a USB port from it.

“From the time we caught you until now, you haven’t had any chance to touch any electronic devices, so you have already imported the data into this USB drive?” Caesar did not directly read the contents of the USB drive.

“Of course! We who work undercover are always ready to confess, so it is convenient to do so!” Finger said righteously.

Caesar opened the desk that Anjou had used. There was a hidden laptop underneath. He inserted the USB drive and a video played automatically. This was obviously a secretly recorded video. The picture was clear but the angle was awkward. It was obvious that the video equipment was hidden in a corner that was not easy to find… Caesar couldn’t help but turn his head to look. He was looking at the place where the video equipment was placed. The scene on the screen was undoubtedly this office, and the device used for recording was placed on the bookshelf.
