A blue beam of light shone down from above, and a translucent girl appeared as a holographic projection.

“The order has been modified and approved. Lu Mingfei, student ID number AI071721, has been removed from the protected list and changed to a red high-risk target. He is suspected to be a first-generation or second-generation pure-blooded dragon. The degree of danger is unknown and can cause a disaster at the level of city destruction. A wanted order has been issued.” EVA said expressionlessly.

A huge projection screen opened behind the EVA, and countless windows popped up. All the information that the EVA had deliberately concealed flooded into Caesar and Abbas’s view. There were photos of Lu Mingfei entering Malta by boat, photos of Lu Mingfei and Finger standing guard at the entrance of an alley while Nuonuo changed clothes further down. There was even a video of Lu Mingfei supporting his uncle as he vomited on the roof of the Fuyuan Restaurant, captured by a casually passing drone. While Lu Mingfei thought his whereabouts were completely secretive, cameras everywhere recorded his every move, transmitting the data via satellite to the EVA’s database.

Caesar couldn’t help but look up at the sky.

Although he was indoors, he seemed to feel a pair of huge eyes made up of electron streams opened in outer space, staring quietly at the earth.
