Dragon Raja 5

“Watch your step, Professor Schneider,” Percy reminded softly.

With his AK-47 in one hand, Rebalko helped Schneider climb over the giant snake’s body with the other. The snake blocked their path, its height acting like a low wall. Their floor wasn’t flooded by the sea, but the snake’s blood flowed like a small river, staining every inch of the ground red.

Half a minute ago, they thought the snake’s belly would become their collective coffin. It smashed through several layers of the cabin, swaying and rising, blocking their path. The weapons brought out from the steering gear room were just a few AK47s, which hit the giant snake’s scales, splashing sparks. Occasionally, a few bullets shattered the scales and injured the giant snake, but it only made it more violent.

At this time, Percy, wearing a white suit and a white lace scarf, pushed open the door and appeared at the end of the corridor. He pulled out two… steak knives from the back of his suit.

A strong wind suddenly blew up from under his feet, lifting his long and soft hair. The eye that was always covered by his hair was a terrifying red-gold color, like a one-eyed monster from a myth.

A golden one-eyed creature! Schneider was taken aback. This situation was rare. These individuals had a serious conflict between their human and dragon bloodlines. In other words, those with the golden one-eyed creature were a deformed hybrid, meaning their genes were unstable and more dangerous than most hybrids.

The immense wind pressure made it difficult for everyone to breathe. The air in the passage was being sucked away by some force, and a vacuum would soon form. Percy’s domain enveloped the entire passage. The spiritual power seemed to be a “Dustless Land,” but he had never heard of a Dustless Land this violent.

This was no longer a defensive word, but revealed an aggressive offensive.

High-speed, turbulent, and tiny air currents cut through the giant snake’s body, severing its scales like invisible blades and leaving large pools of blood. The giant snake, which even bullets could not seriously injure, struggled painfully in the violent wind, but could not get close to Percy due to the wind pressure.

It screamed sharply like a helpless child, suddenly curled up its body and then shot out. It broke through the “Dust-free Land” and its more than ten-meter-long snake body stretched straight out like a missile shooting towards Persy.

But Percy’s true weapons were already waiting. Those sharp steak knives—though sharp, they were still some kind of high-end brand cutlery, not some alchemical blade—hung in front of Percy, lifted by the strong wind and trembling slightly. Percy brought a lot of steak knives, and occasionally a few forks and soup spoons… He felt like a chef running from the soup pot to save the situation.

But with a wave of Percy’s hand, the kitchen utensils were propelled forward by a powerful airflow. By the time everyone realized what was happening, they were neatly nailed to the wall opposite Percy. Some still had half the handle remaining, while others were completely embedded in the wall, leaving only a small hole. The giant snake froze in its striking position. After a few seconds, it collapsed, its massive head slamming heavily onto the floor, and blood spurted from its mouth.

Percy shot the cutlery into the snake’s gaping mouth and out the back of its head. With such terrifying force and speed, the iron blades could have pierced the snake’s skull. Before entering the snake’s mouth, they even glowed faintly. That was because their speed was so high, and the friction with the air nearly melted the thin blades.

As the cutlery was ejected, Percy deactivated the “Dustless Land.” A few more seconds of high vacuum would have killed everyone in the tunnel. Even a strong man like Rebalco leaned against the wall, gasping for breath. Schneider knelt on the ground, coughing violently as if he was about to cough out his lungs.

“Professor Schneider, I’m so glad you’re okay.” Percy hurried forward to help Schneider up. One second he was a terrifying killer, and the next second he was a gentle and considerate butler, even his accent was authentic London.

“You killed this thing with a dinner knife and a spoon?” Rebalco stared blankly at the twisted steak knives on the wall.

“I was in the kitchen preparing supper for everyone. What a surprise.” The butler-like man sighed, “I don’t have any other weapons handy.”

As he said this, he was pulling out the relatively intact steak knives from the wall and wiping them clean with the napkin he carried with him. It seemed that he had no other weapons with him. He had to keep these for self-defense.

He was indeed answering Rebalko’s question, but his answer was irrelevant to the question.

However, Rebalco didn’t want to talk to this monster. He was just glad that this monster was on his side.

“Professor, what should we do now?” Percy asked.

It was obvious that he killed the giant snake as soon as he appeared, but his attitude towards Schneider was still “What can I do for you?”

“Go to the warehouse, we need some heavy weapons. We need to resolve the battle before this ship sinks.” Schneider made the same judgment as Abbas. After all, he was Abbas’s direct mentor.

“Okay, professor.” Percy bowed slightly and gestured, took the AK47 from Rebalco, stepped on the snake’s head and fired a burst of shots, turning the dying snake into a real corpse. Then he turned around and respectfully extended his hand to signal everyone to follow him.

The snake’s blood dyed the soles of his white shoes red. He walked in front, leaving a series of bright red footprints. Rebalco shuddered slightly, not knowing whether this guy was going to take him to a luxurious dining table or hell.

In the casino hall, Jiude Mai folded her arms, watching the giant snake that had swallowed the white phosphorus grenade twisting wildly, with pungent smoke coming out of its body. At this moment, there should be music of “Golden Snake Dance”, but it was as terrifying as the transformation of hell.

Finger fell from the sky, a beautiful “superhero landing” with a smoking grenade launcher in his hand.

This was the third giant snake they had hunted together, and they had already established a routine: Finger would attract the snake’s attention while Mai Jiude would find an opportunity to drop a white phosphorus grenade into its mouth. Snakes often attack with their mouths wide open. Percy and the other two, though on separate battlefields, both immediately sensed this weakness.

“Not bad, young man. With such skills, it would be too hard for you to disguise yourself as an F-level.” Jiude Mai praised lazily.

Although there was an ample supply of weapons, hunting these giant snakes was still a life-threatening task for her and Finger. However, she was used to being lazy, and there were not many things in the world that could interest her.
